Expecting better
Our customers expect high standards from Royal Mail. It’s important that these standards are upheld across our pipeline in everything we do.
There is concern across the business at the number of complaints we’re receiving with regards the state of trays used to deliver mail. ‘It really does give a very, very bad impression of the Royal Mal service. We would expect something a lot better from Royal Mail.’
