Don’t despair

Are you stuck in the depths of despair now that the 2019 Ops Challenge is over? Well fret no more as the fun doesn’t need to stop here!
Across the UK at any one time, there’s never a shortage of Action for Children challenge events for you to get involved with. So why not sign up today with your entry fee paid for by Royal Mail?
With your support, we can keep raising money to help improve the mental wellbeing of countless young people up and down the country through Action for Children’s internationally acclaimed blues-busting course for teenagers, the Blues Programme.
Here are just a two of the events you could take part in over the next few months:
The Kiltwalk
Don your best tartan and join the team as they get their walking boots on for one of the UK’s largest events. Take part in The Mighty Stride (24 miles), The Big Stroll (15.5 miles) or The Wee Wonder (5 miles). All fundraising at The Kiltwalk is topped up by 40% so this can be an amazing way to raise funds for Action for Children.
- Dundee - 19 August
- Edinburgh - 15 September
Royal Parks Half Marathon
London – 13th October
This stunning central London Half Marathon on Sunday 13 October, takes in some of the capital’s world-famous landmarks on closed roads, and four of London’s eight Royal Parks.
By joining the Action for Children team, we will support you every step of the way – from fundraising to the finish line.
