As part of our plans to change our future, we need to ensure our network is set up to deliver larger parcels and next day items as efficiently as possible.

The creation of our three new parcel hubs will mean a second, later delivery for online shoppers and those who have ordered larger items.

We’ve been speaking to some of our customers about what they think of our transformation plans.

Cornerstone began in 2014 when founder and CEO Oliver Bridge (pictured) started packing and posting out shaving kits from his kitchen table.

The company now sends 170,000 customers regular shipments of bathroom and healthcare products in letterbox-sized parcels.
