Traffic transformation - how the tools we’re developing will make us more efficient
With technology helping to drive our transformation, colleagues have been telling us how new tools have been improving efficiency and productivity across the business.
We’re automating more parcels – and aim to do so with more than 80% of our volumes by 2023/24. Therefore, it’s really important for us to accurately know what our volumes are.
Previously, we counted traffic at various stages of the pipeline, which led to lots of duplicated effort and inconsistency. Accurate measurement of our mail will help everyone to better plan resources around our workload.
