‘When I came to collect a parcel, it was really warm in the collection office and there was a small queue. Nothing was too much trouble for the member of staff on the front desk and he was really polite and helpful and chatty and wished me a good day when I left. I sadly don’t know his name but he was Scottish and was very lovely and kind and made my day. So, I thought I had to get in touch and give credit where it’s due as you must deal with some really difficult customers throughout the day. He was lovely and polite and calm.’
