‘This gentleman calls at our office almost every day to pick up mail. He is such a cheery man. On Wednesday I had an item being delivered by tracked mail to my home address. I asked this postman where it was when he was doing his daily pick up at my office. Well, he went over and above what was expected. He called his sorting office and found out exactly where my parcel was and what time it would be delivered. He is such a genuinely nice man and deserves a high five for his customer service. Well done.’

People are too quick to complain, but not quick to say when the service is outstanding. I am fortunate enough to have a regular postman come rain or shine who again is very polite and always happy.
