Parcel sort machines continue to roll out
We’re continuing to invest in parcels, as our 12th parcel sort machine (PSM) whirrs into action.
Bristol Mail Centre colleagues have been using their machine since 24 June, and are the most recent to take advantage of our advances in automation.
There are a further five PSMs due to go live by the end of 2019.

In the video, he says: ‘Automating parcels really does make a difference from an efficiency and productivity perspective. That’s something we need to increasingly do as we make the investment in parcels. We need to get a return on that investment.’
