Firm believer

Warehouse membership company Costco has been working with Royal Mail for more than 15 years, with mailings forming a crucial part of its advertising strategy.
Sue Knowles, Costco Wholesale UK marketing and HR director, credits our Door to Door service for helping the company grow and reach new customers.

'I am a very firm believer that being able to hold something in your hand is much more powerful than an email or a poster. It makes a difference to have something that you can actually touch and feel.'
Sue believes Door to Door mail is a highly effective form of advertising for the company, offering a unique way of reaching customers.
