Courier’s coming
Your July issue of Courier will be landing at homes from tomorrow

In the July issue of Courier we find out what colleagues at Bristol Mail Centre think about their new parcel sorting machine (PSM).
By 2024, we’re aiming to automate more than 80% of our parcels. That’s why mail centres up and down the country have been taking delivery of PSMs, with Bristol and Sheffield being the latest to receive the cutting-edge machinery.
Also in the issue:
- Hearing directly from you – Job security, revenue protection and upskilling were among the issues put to board members at our first official Employee Voice Forum, in Exeter
- Moving on up - with engagement scores increasing in more than 1,000 teams, it’s clear we’re moving in the right direction
- Pride in our people – Colleagues from across the country flocked to the capital for the 2019 Pride in London and Black Pride parades
- Lucky escape - after fire forced a postman and his family out of their home, our in-house charity the Rowland Hill Fund helped get them back on their feet.
And finally, with just two days left of our 2019 Ops Fundraising Challenge, teams up and down the country are making one last push to raise as much money as possible for Action for Children before the Wednesday 31 July deadline.
