Colleagues in Clapham react to our ‘turnaround and grow’ plan
Transformation is underway at Royal Mail and colleagues in Clapham are on board.
They heard from Achim Dunnwald, our chief transformation and strategy officer, who discussed our need to change and answered questions on our ‘turnaround and grow’ plan.
