Bank your donations

All the Ops Fundraising Challenge money you’re so busy raising must be processed through Charities Trust

With less than a month left of this year’s Ops Fundraising Challenge, we know that there’s lots of fantastically frantic fundraising taking place all across the business!

Whether you’re doing a raffle, using the scratch cards, or taking part in a sponsored race, we are so grateful for all your support.

The money you raise is directly invested in Action for Children’s Blues Programme – the Royal Mail-funded preventative schools-based mental health programme that has already reached thousands of young people across the UK.

Remember, all the money you’re so busy raising must be processed through Charities Trust so that Royal Mail can match your donations and help your support go even further.

If you are paying in your cash or cheque donations:

  • Cash and cheques can be banked at any Post Office branch using a dedicated paying in slip for your Ops Challenge team.
  • Contact Chris at Charities Trust on chrisr@charitiestrust.org to request a paying in slip - remember to let him know which team you’re a part of
  • Cheques should be made out to Charities Trust. Please write your name on the back of any cheques
  • If you have completed a sponsorship form to claim Gift Aid on your donations, please attach your Post Office deposit receipts to the form and send them to:

Alternatively, you can fundraise online via Sponsor Me, Charities Trust’s online giving platform.

If you have any questions about paying in your donations, please email Chris at chrisr@charitiestrust.org or Vicky at RoyalMail@actionforchildren.org.uk.

Thank you again for all your fundraising efforts - we can’t wait to see what you have planned for the Ops Challenge 2019!
