Our amazing women

The fourth issue of W-mag, our quarterly women’s magazine, has begun landing at homes.

In the latest issue, we take a look at the fantastic response we had to our Vote 100 campaign, which saw us profile 100 incredible Royal Mail women, who were nominated by their colleagues for embodying our values and demonstrating how Royal Mail can be a fantastic place for women to excel.

It has been truly inspiring to see just how valued so many of our female colleagues are to the business and how much we respect and admire everyone who was profiled as part of the campaign.

Also in this edition, we hear from LAT deployment manager, Katherine Palmer, collection sector manager, Paula Tehrani, and delivery line manager, Samar Small, on how they have taken control of their careers and used the opportunities the business provides to develop and grow.

And finally,Royal Mail has once again been recognised as a top employer for women, having been named as a ‘Times Top 50 Employer for Women’ for the sixth consecutive year.We hear from head of diversity and inclusion, Andreyana Ivanova, on what it means for the business.
