‘A really good egg’

Monika, you deserve a medal – thank you for your consistently great service. And Paul, as one customer from Enfield said, you’re ‘a really good egg.’ Anthony, you’re doing a great job, as is the postman who sang the Postman Pat theme, and even got a puppet of Pat’s cat, ‘Jess’ out of his van to make a little two-year-old boy’s day, we have no words.

His customer service is excellent, very helpful, calm and just a really good egg. I have been there waiting when he has had some really difficult customers and has never been anything but calm and professional. Paul has always been superb. Well done to him.’
