CBRE Cycle Series 2019

Action for Children partner, CBRE, have a cycling event on Thursday 13 June, and are looking for volunteers.
Part of the CBRE Cycle Series 2019, which features two charity cycle rides hosted in the North and South of the UK, the first event at Sandown Park Racecourse in Surrey, needs volunteers to man the Action for Children stand.
Over the last five years, the series has attracted more than 4,000 riders and raised over £188,000 for charity. Volunteers will be required to help with registration, set up the event village, support the pit stops along the route, cheer riders at the finish line and hand out medals to the winners.
Riders for the second event on Thursday 27 June will take on the Yorkshire Dales. Both events offer riders two distances, 50km and 100km, catering for intermediate and advanced levels of ability and experience.
Vicky Tuff, Action for Children senior corporate development executive, said: ‘Although this is slightly different to our usual volunteer opportunities, volunteers at events like this are vital to their success and are also lots of fun!’
