UK Delivery operations director Anton Harding was on hand at Swindon West Delivery Office to provide colleagues with an update on the business, its recent performance and our future strategy.

More than 30 colleagues attended the session, which saw Anton cover a wide range of topics including the challenging environment in which the business is currently operating, opportunities for growth in the years ahead and getting it right for our customers.

Following Anton’s initial address, colleagues posed a number of questions on subjects including the current returns process and scope for improvements, the prospect of the business shifting to a seven-day working week to match our competitors, and the progress of our ongoing e-trike trial.
