‘Unfailingly polite, helpful and professional’ - sounds good doesn’t it? This is how just one customer described the colleagues in Stockton-on-Tees who deliver to her address. Below is a small selection of some of the compliments our customers have sent in over the last few days.

Will Osborne (pictured) – Bow Delivery Office

‘Will Osbourne prevented a very serious house fire through his quick thinking. Having heard a smoke alarm and smelt smoke he alerted our neighbour and stopped a passing police car to alert the fire service. As a result, a fire that could have been devastating was put out. My close friend's dog was in the house and was rescued. The delivery staff from Tredegar Road are always excellent, friendly, polite and willing to go out of their way to ensure parcels and post are delivered. But Will saved our home from destruction and my friend's beloved dog. Please give him the recognition and thanks he deserves for being such an exceptional member of the community. It’s lovely when he sees you in the street and always says hello. Great to see in young people. Wish I knew his name so you could compliment him.
