RHF Awareness Week
This week is Rowland Hill Fund (RHF) Awareness Week, your chance to understand more about the kind of work our in-house charity does, and learn how you can support those who are struggling financially.
High levels of sick absence among colleagues tell us that there are many who need our help. In the vast majority of cases, colleagues want to get better and return to work.
It is therefore important colleagues understand that applying to the Fund could potentially be an answer to any possible financial stresses they may be dealing with that are affecting their physical and/or mental health. Play the video above to find out more.
The RHF helps colleagues both past and present when they find themselves struggling financially. In 2017-2018, the fund gave £500,000 to our people, helping them with council tax arrears, medical expenses, disability aids, funeral expenses, household items and more - issues that can affect any of us at some point in our lives.
If you think you or a colleague may need help, call the RHF confidential helpline on 0345 600 4586 to start the process. If necessary, you can also call on a colleague’s behalf to help them take the first step.
