Shrewsbury LD colleague shows others how it’s done
Naming Marek Malecki (Customer Service Provider) as Shrewsbury LD’s Employee of the Year for December 2018, Kevin Jones (Operations Manager) remarked on the excellent service Marek delivered to his customers in the busiest period of the year.
“Marek only joined Parcelforce Worldwide in October 2018, under the agency conversion process,” explained Kevin. “He covered a vacant owner drive route in the Depot from 11 December and did so exceptionally well.”
