Whether it’s making the day of a little boy dressed as Postman Pat or giving a customer a farewell gift, praise for our Redirection service, or our ’fab’ customer service team, the compliments keep rolling in. Below is a selection of grateful tweets from the last few days:

- @billyrumsby - Paul from the Southend, Central Avenue route - such a lovely guy, does everything to get us our post without issues. He knew that we are moving, so he brings us round a gift at 8pm to say bye, still in his uniform! Please pass on our gratitude! @RoyalMail @RoyalMailHelp.
- @gale_adam - Thank you to the @RoyalMail for delivering my letter to a friend so quickly. I posted it first class yesterday evening and it arrived on my friend’s doorstep first thing this morning. It was a very important letter so really do appreciate it!

- @dougmorton - Holy crap! Yesterday I ordered something from Zara Home with free delivery in 2-3 business days, then this morning I got an email from ROYAL MAIL!? Saying it’s getting delivered TODAY!? What great service!
