Empowering you to succeed

In January, we celebrated the one-year anniversary of the Royal Mail Group membership of the Everywoman platform - an online personal development tool geared towards helping colleagues take control of their own career development.
Established in 1999, Everywoman champions the advancement of women at all levels in all sectors, ‘creating strong pipelines and shining the spotlight on female role models to inspire those coming up behind them.’
Despite the name, the membership is open to ALL colleagues, both male and female, and at all grades. Everywoman.com provides users with access to a wealth of materials, which are aimed at increasing learning and self-development to help inspire success and fulfil potential.
Currently, more than 1,150 colleagues have signed up. Although this is fantastic, our Women’s steering group would like to see our membership grow to achieve our target of 1,200 Everywoman registrations by 31 March. As such, we would encourage you and your teams to sign up and get the benefits from this external platform.
