‘All I know is our postman is deaf. What a lovely man. A credit to Royal Mail. So nice to have such a sweet postman. Please, please, please keep this man. I admire Royal Mail for employing disabled people now. In my eyes, he is perfect. Well done Royal Mail for giving us such a lovely postman’. – Anna Church
Paul – Southend-on-Sea delivery office
‘Paul is a very kind, helpful postman and has been since we moved here. Paul always has the time to talk to us and do his utmost to ensure our parcels are delivered safely. Paul has seen that we are moving home and is sad to see us go. He even dropped us round a gift to say goodbye. He did this out of hours of an evening, after working all day and still in his uniform. He is a credit to your company and his family’. – Billy and Nicole Rumsby

‘My daughter lost her phone near to her work in Soskin Drive, Stantonbury Fields, Milton Keynes. I set up a phone lost message with my number to call if found as the phone was switched off. I received a call from one of your postmen who had found her phone and called the number on the screen. I just wanted to say what a lovely, genuine and honest gentleman and a credit to your company he is’. – Stephanie
Alan Gardner – Birch Park delivery office
‘We arrived home to find our van keys wrapped up. I missed a delivery card with a note saying we had left the keys in the van door. A massive thanks for this as it is highly likely the van could have been stolen had the postie not noticed and taken action. So a huge thank you to Alan, who always goes the extra mile and is our dog, Dexter’s favourite postie’. - Rich Bradford, Teresa Hallett and cockapoo, Dexter
