‘Said driver was traveling on Cromwell Ave, Thursday 28 February at around 8.45pm. Presumably heading to Royal Mail Lingley Green. Standard of driving was superb! A genuine rarity these days! Very courteous and keeping to speed limits etc. In a time when most people drive like maniacs, it was a refreshing change! Not every day you see that!’ - Rik

‘I was trying to follow my satnav and getting hopelessly lost. One of your postmen on Morley Street was getting back into his van when I asked if he knew where Vincent Street was. He looked on his phone and gave me directions to Sunbridge Road, which it runs off. I am so grateful as I'm convinced I would never have found it otherwise. Please pass on my thanks. ‘Karen is my regular postwoman. I can honestly say she is outstanding and the best post person I have ever had. Not only is she very efficient and organised, but she's always so happy. Even when I'm out and I see her, she always says hello and she’s always smiling. It's such a pleasure to see’. - Emma

‘I would like to say what a great ambassador Christy is for your company. I have stayed in Glenmill for two years now and the service he provides is amongst the best I have ever experienced. ‘I have lived at my current address for over six years and my postie is amazing. What an ambassador for your service. He goes the extra 10 miles with delivery and service. He showed so much empathy when my mam passed away and always makes life easier around my busy working life. I honestly can’t speak highly enough of him. I’m about to move and I hope my new postie will be as amazing. If there was an award I would nominate him.
