Colleagues stacked with praise from our customers during severe winter weather
Colleagues from across our pipeline have been praised on social media for their efforts in delivering for their customers.
Particular focus (and wonderment) was given to the postmen and women who continued to get the job done while trekking through snow and icy conditions – often still wearing shorts!
Customers are using social media as a way to praise and promote the service they receive from Royal Mail.
