Our Twitter account bursting with grateful customers tweeting in praise of our people and the outstanding service we continue to deliver come rain or shine.
From people still admiring the shapely pins of our posties’ legs regardless of the recent snow, to a customer full of praise for the postman who returned her lost bank card after tracking her down on social media.

- @RoyalMail Big thank you to my mum's postie. She had a nasty fall yesterday. He was brilliant. He stayed with her and made her comfortable whilst waiting for the ambulance.
