Come rain or shine

Our Twitter account continues to swell with customers tweeting their praise for our people

Colleagues’ ability to withstand whatever the recent weather has been throwing at us, continues to be a key theme in the storm of customer praise besieging our Twitter account.

From praise for our ‘very futuristic’ looking electric vans, to thanks to the postman who found a customer’s Mum’s wedding ring, which had been lost in their snow-covered driveway, below are a select few grateful tweets from the last few days:

  • So my Mum lost her wedding ring over a week ago and the postman just found it on the driveway in all the snow?! Thanks @RoyalMail
  • Despite terrible weather, our postwoman was still smiling and cheerful when she delivered a parcel this morning. So, @RoyalMail, if you know who does the round off A36 in Bathwick, pass on my thanks
  • @Arthaus1989 @RoyalMail They have arrived already today and I LOVE them. Great service. Thanks again :)
  • Loving the new @RoyalMail electric vans very futuristic and of course greener. Well done Royal Mail. #royalmail #royalmailvan #electicvan #greener #environment #cleaner
  • With extra thanks to @RoyalMail staff for ever reliably collecting our post in torrential rain on time, with a smile today! Top service. Thanks for helping…
  • It's #UKPunDay so we thought we ought to post something...Very good @RoyalMail very good indeed! #UKPunDay #post
