Colour me happy

Delivery line manager Pat McKenna, from Woolwich delivery office, is seeking items to donate to Great Ormond Street children’s hospital in London.

Pat has raised tens of thousands of pounds in recent years, fundraising for various charities, including our very own Rowland Hill Fund.

‘A few years ago I collected Easter Eggs, colouring books and pens and distributed these to a local children’s hospice and children’s wards in local hospitals,’ said Pat. ‘I would like to do something similar again this year so that I can put a few smiles on children’s faces over the Easter period.

‘I have chosen to distribute any donations I can obtain to Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital for the remarkable work they do and for the care they give to each and every child they look after.

‘I have been in contact with the hospital and advised them that I am collecting Easter eggs, colouring books and pens to donate to them on Thursday 18 April.’
