Peter is hailed for spotting a Printed Postage Impressions discrepancy

Collections hub driver Peter Scott has gained well-earned recognition after recently recovering more than £1,430 for the business from a Printed Postage Impressions (PPI) customer.

Peter, of Seacroft collection hub in Leeds, is always doing work in his own time to increase the efficiency of his office while minimising the impact on his team.

‘Peter is always willing to put himself out to help improve our collection performance,’ said collection hubs manager, Mel Bateman.

Peter says he was working in the PPI area when he noticed a discrepancy in the organisation of large bulk items, and realised that a customer had been sending them to the wrong area.

‘I contacted revenue to tell them it was looking poor,’ he said, adding, with some understatement, that it was ‘a nice catch’.
