Finding ways to work effectively together is a big part of our agreement with the CWU.
Senior leaders in Royal Mail and the CWU are carrying out a number of joint visits to speak to colleagues about their experiences in the workplace.
The aim of the visits is to help us bring about cultural improvements across the business.
The visits, which will run until 22 February, will cover all geographical areas and all Royal Mail functions, with 48 delivery offices, nine Process units and five Logistics workplaces – including two fleet and maintenance facilities.
