Right now, we have eight parcel sorting machines up and running across the UK. And eight more are planned for this year.
Since Warrington mail centre installed theirs, they’ve been able to process up to 10,000 parcels an hour. The new machine reads typed and handwritten addresses and barcodes and moves parcels along its conveyors to 81 destination containers. And it’s operated by no less than 11 people!
