Top quality trainer

Andy Fraser, a Parcelforce Collection and Delivery Driver for more than 30 years, was the worthy winner of Employee of the Month at Inverness LD for November 2018.

In his award citation, Emma MacDonald (Operations Manager) wrote, “Andy earned the award for his invaluable assistance in training our Agency Staff in delivery processes. Every Agency Driver who emerges from Andy’s van after a couple of days’ training gets on absolutely fine, attesting to the effort that Andy puts in. It shows that Andy recognises the need for quality training, as further down the line it helps the Depot.”

Emma added that, Andy is a very conscientious driver who is meticulous in his approach to his work. “His REX and quality of service scores are always among the highest in the Depot which shows he always puts the customer first.”

Overall, Emma describes Andy as a very valuable employee within the Depot as he is clearly a very good communicator and people person, which equips him to be a strong and effective trainer.
