Our Twitter account continues to thrum with customers tweeting in praise of our people and the outstanding service we continue to deliver, day in, day out.
From people admiring the undoubtedly inspiring sight of our posties’ legs regardless of the plummeting temperatures to a very special birthday message to Wales’ oldest person, our customers are never lost for words when it comes to praising our people.

- Warrington delivery office @RoyalMail. He found my lost purse in the street and went out of his way to deliver it back to me at the Peace Foundation today. What a kind, amazing thing to do
