Season’s tweetings

We have received a huge number of compliments for you, our amazing colleagues, who are busy delivering excellence during this peak time of year.
‘To all the staff @RoyalMail just wanted to say #ThankYou I know how busy #Christmas can be. #love the #updates on #parcels via emails. #welldone. Hope you get time for a cuppa and some mince pies.
‘A big shout out to @RoyalMail today and, in particular, to Summer in the Cardiff West delivery office. Helpful, friendly and willing to go above and beyond the call of duty. Summer you are a star.’
‘I've been into the Sheffield collection office the previous two Saturdays and the queues have been horrendous. It's taken around 20-30 minutes to collect a parcel but the woman you've had working on this day has been amazing. She remains optimistic and has a great rapport with the customers - she works as hard as anybody I've ever seen. Please ensure she's either supported by an additional colleague or rewarded for her hard work because you don’t want to lose someone like her’. Sheffield collection office - S2 customer.
‘Ordered Xmas presents on #addidasUK last night at 6.20pm! It's just been delivered. Very impressed by both #Adidas and @RoyalMail, incredible services for this time of year, so thank you.’
‘Sean Milligan, I applaud your response to Jase Hyndeman. You've renewed my faith in the human race. My father passed when I was 16 (I’m now 58) and I'd lost touch with how much I miss him and still love him. Your kindness and generosity towards Jase is inspirational. You should be so proud. I will carry you with me daily and actively recall your efforts to do good in the world. I know someone in Washington DC who could use some of your clarity and generosity with respect to spreading the love. His address is 1,600 Pennsylvania Avenue. Your efforts are the antidote to all the negativity out there. Thank you.’ New Hampshire, USA.
‘SUPERB customer service from Mark at Ilkley delivery office @RoyalMail #postalhero’
‘I got home only to realise that I had missed by 20 mins the delivery of a present for my dad. It was important for me to get it that day, if at all possible. I saw the van was still outside my flats at about 2.15 on Saturday afternoon so when I saw the postman, I asked if I could possibly get it there and then. He was obviously very busy but he was so kind and went through the bags of mail until he found my package. It made a huge difference to me at a difficult time and he was so kind to do that as he probably just wanted to get on to his next task. I didn't get his name but, I owe him a very big thank you - he's a credit to your organisation.’ E20 customer.
‘Thx for retweet @RoyalMail - you got some great guys in Dunfermline.’
‘I just want to say how lovely it is to have a postman who is so professional - he always tries to leave parcels at neighbours rather than returning them to the sorting office. He is so friendly and always has time for a laugh and a smile, which makes a world of difference! I’m sorry but I don’t know his name but he covers my postcode every few weeks. I just want him to get some recognition for being brilliant at his job and doing it with such a fantastic attitude’. NE5 customer.
‘@PeterGrantMP @RoyalMail Good bunch of people in there, credit to the service.’

Thank you to everyone for all the hard work you are doing to make the festive season a great success.
