"I have named Michael Lusty as September employee of the month for his superb application to the REX severe rules, in spite of working on a very challenging route in a built up area (Cheltenham Town Centre), and in spite of extremely stringent temporary traffic measures recently put in place,” says Nicholas Day (Operations Manager, Gloucester LD).
Nick adds that Mike’s performance has been a credit, and even somewhat of a surprise, given the previous difficulties with REX on his route. “This has allowed me to use him as a positive example for other drivers who need to make improvements in similar geographical areas,” he explains.
