Customer service point festive tips - getting it right at our busiest time of year

As our busy festive period continues, it is more important than ever to follow the principles of our pipeline priorities.

The expectations of our customers are always high and climb to new levels during the Christmas season.

Colleagues who staff our customer service points (CSPs) play a special part in making their Christmas. It’s an amazing opportunity to step up during this busy time of year and offer new and existing customers the best experience possible.

It’s important that our customer service point colleagues continue providing excellence to all our customers by keeping our festive tips in mind.

  • Scan all barcoded items at the correct time and place
  • Book in all undelivered items before the CSP opens the next day (with as many as possible booked in on the day of attempted delivery)
  • Prepare Redelivery items in advance for the following day's delivery and apply a P6779 Redelivery label
  • Make sure to display all up-to-date customer posters and inform them of extended hours.
