Gold rush

There are now just two weeks to go until the Christmas cracker grand prize draw

With just two weeks to go until our grand prize draw on Friday 7 December, we have had a rush of golden ticket winners in our Christmas cracker fundraising initiative.

Postman, Carlos Garcia, from Abbey Wood delivery office, customer advisor, Sue Mountford, from Dearne contact centre, programme manager, Neil Lapworth, from Swindon mail centre, postman, Leslie Smith, from Chelmsford mail centre, and cover manager Nicole Bailey, from Ely delivery office, have all struck gold and are now in with a chance to scoop a £1,000 festive windfall.

Our aim is to raise £40,000, including matched giving, for our charity partner, Action for Children, by selling 10,000 Christmas crackers to colleagues at £2 each.

As well as raising money for a fantastic cause, we have placed special golden tickets inside 61 crackers. All lucky ticket recipients will be entered into a cash prize draw to win between £10 and £1,000.

For all those who have ordered a box of our special crackers, you must sell them within the next two weeks. For colleagues who have bought crackers, have you had a peek inside yet to see if you’re one of our lucky winners?

Following the grand prize draw on Friday 7 December, all winners will be informed by Wednesday 12 December.
