Delivering first time keeps our customers happy

In next week’s programme, we’re at Wrexham delivery office, where a colleague who was a victim of a vicious dog attack reveals how this has affected her life.  

We also visit Oswestry delivery office, where colleagues tell us why we must deliver first time, every time to provide the best possible service to customers, especially as we approach our busy Christmas period.

When customers aren’t home to receive their items, many would prefer we delivered to a neighbour. This avoids them having to arrange a Redelivery or collect from a customer service point.

We’ve updated our PDAs to include a Delivery to Neighbour scanning option. Delivering first time keeps our customers happy. This is vital to our success.
