As part of the programmes, candidates will receive expert training and gain on-the-job experience to help develop their career pathway.
John Hynard, group talent manager, said: ‘Our 2019 graduate and apprenticeship programmes offer a huge range of opportunities across Royal Mail for those likely to be in the early stages of their career and for the business to develop people internally.
‘Participants can expect to receive on-the-job training and coaching while on the programme, and sponsorship for chartered qualifications where applicable, as well as coaching with industry experts. This all helps prepare them for their future careers with Royal Mail.’
Applications for apprenticeships close as follows:
- Friday 2 November 2018: Vehicle maintenance, finance, project management and logistics distribution
- Friday 11 January 2019: Advanced engineering.
Graduate applications close as follows:
- Friday 26 October 2018: Finance, HR, international and Parcelforce Worldwide
- Friday 23 November: all other programmes.
