Getting Redirection requests right is a key part of winning new business

In next week’s programme, we’re at Cardiff delivery office where colleagues have cut Redirection complaints by more than 20% over the past year.

Our Redirection service means customers don’t miss important documents or mail from their old address by us forwarding it to their new one. Failing to carry out Redirection requests is annoying for our customers, and also puts them at risk of identity fraud.

To retain and win new business, providing the best quality of service for our customers is vital. Getting Redirection requests right is a key part of this. Following the process in our standard operating procedures will help us improve.
