Our charity partner, Action for Children, is offering colleagues the chance to take part in the 2019 Virgin Money London Marathon, which takes place on Sunday 28 April 2019.
Alarmingly, one in every 10 children and young people aged five-16 years of age suffers from a diagnosable mental health disorder – that’s around three children in every class.
Action for Children’s Blues Programme, funded by Royal Mail, will reach 8,000 young people who are at risk of developing depression and other mental health issues, and ensure they get the support they need. But they need your help!
Taking in some of London's greatest landmarks over 26.2 miles, sign up to the 2019 Virgin Money London Marathon today and join Action for Children in the race to support young people's mental health.
Remember, Royal Mail will cover the cost of your registration fee, so that all the money you raise will be directly invested into the Blues Programme. Additionally, with Royal Mail's penny for penny matched giving programme, your donation will make an even greater difference.
