Our Business Standards

Our annual compliance refresher training is now available. The training provides colleagues with a reminder of responsibilities and guidance on making the right decisions.

This year, colleagues are also being asked to agree to Our Business Standards – the cornerstone of how we operate and do business.

We are all responsible for compliance and each of us has an important role to play. It is really important that we follow Our Business Standards at all times and know how to speak up when we see something that doesn't look or feel right.

Our success is built on trust – from our customers, to colleagues and business partners. By being compliant, living our values and leading with integrity, we safeguard Royal Mail, ourselves and our colleagues, retain that trust and create new business.

The annual refresher will close on Monday 1 October – please make every effort to complete your training.
