Living our values

Next week (11 September) will see the launch of our annual compliance refresher training. The training provides all colleagues with a reminder of responsibilities and guidance on making the right decisions.
This year, colleagues will also be asked to agree to Our Business Standards – the cornerstone of how we operate and do business.
The following week (17 September), the annual Culture and Ethics survey will be launched. The survey is anonymous and all responses will be managed confidentially. The survey gives you the chance to make your voice heard on culture and ethics in the organisation.
We are all responsible for compliance and each of us has an important role to play. It is really important that we follow Our Business Standards at all times and know how to speak up when we see something that doesn’t look or feel right.
