David Court, a driver at Hatfield LD, has been described as a credit to Parcelforce by his Operations Manager, Dean Bland.

‘David’s outlook to his work is great,’ said Dean. ‘He is never put off by a challenging day and on days when he can, he’ll help his colleague bulk drivers by taking drops from them – which often include deliveries to Screwfix trade counters.’

In August this year, David went a further mile by also supporting a colleague driver with collections from Art Furniture. ‘He met up with Wayne Jeeves and took posted parcels from him, enabling Wayne to continue with his collections,’ Dean explained.

If that’s not enough to merit an employee of the month award, David also consistently provides excellent service to one of our largest posting customers, I-candy. ‘Chris and the team at I-Candy really do appreciate the focus and attention to detail that David gives them on a daily basis,’ said Dean.
