Our customers rely on us to deliver a great service

In next week’s programme we’re at Birch Park delivery office, where colleagues have helped the YO postcode pass its First Class Quality of Service target.

Last week, we announced our Quality of Service results for the period from 26 March to 24 June. We passed our Second Class target. But we achieved 92.1% for First Class mail, missing our target of 93%. We must improve.

Although we missed our First Class Quality of Service target in the first quarter, YO is our strongest performing postcode area when it comes to Quality of Service. We find out why.
