Easier, cleaner, brighter

Last October we launched a large project aimed at completely replacing our online shop website before our technology platform closes down at the end of August.
The new online shop is implemented on a platform called Magento, a product which allowed us to build the new site to meet our customer expectations and be smartphone and tablet responsive. It’s now easier to use with a cleaner, brighter look and feel. We also wanted to be able to get products to market easier and more quickly by managing more of the processes in-house.
Now that our new online shop is up and running we have moved onto Phase 2 which will introduce a range of enhancements to improve the customer experience and the site’s ability to meet our aspirations for future growth and usability.
We are also assessing the implementation of online mail supplies for Royal Mail and Parcelforce Supplies in the new Magento Shop for Phase 2 to offer our customers a consistent experience of ordering from us and to leverage efficiencies offered by the new technology platform.
