UK Mail has announced that it will begin rebranding to DHL Parcel UK following the acquisition of the business by Deutsche Post DHL in December 2016.
The rebrand is part of the company’s parcels growth plans as part of the globally recognised DHL brand, and will see the company aligning with DHL’s values and corporate responsibility commitments.
Over the next nine months, 50 UK Mail sites and 2,500 vehicles will be re-branded, and a new website and dedicated social media channels will be launched. UK Mail’s network is in the process of integrating with DHL, enabling DHL Parcel’s international delivery services to be expanded in the UK.
Whilst UK Mail’s parcels operations will now be DHL branded, the UK Mail brand will continue to exist for mail and packets customers and will ‘remain a fundamental part of the company’s strategy’.
