Amazon signs up to Labels

Following the launch of the Labels to Go product at our customer service points last year, we are excited to announce that Amazon has now signed up to use Labels to Go for their paperless returns.
Amazon has started utilising the service, with national volumes in the range of 10,000 – 20,000 parcels per week.
Labels to Go is a convenient self-service solution where customers returning items or buying postage online will receive an email containing a unique QR code. When this is scanned at one of our customer service points, the QR code produces a postage label on our label printer, which can then be applied to the parcel. It means returns can be managed quickly and easily from a mobile device at the same time as the customer drops off the parcel.
Amazon account manager Chris Farren said: “Paperless returns are an innovative, convenient and hassle-free option for retailers and customers and we are delighted that Amazon has now signed up to Labels to Go. This is a real growth opportunity for us so it is vital that the service runs smoothly both for Amazon and for the customers returning the parcels.”
