Action planning ahead

St Andrews delivery office focus on sharing customer data and feedback

Colleagues at St Andrew’s delivery office in the East of Scotland central team have been working on their action plans, on the back of this year’s Employee Survey results.

When cover manager Justin Baird reviewed the results with the team’s workplace coach and colleagues, the actions were discussed and agreed jointly with a real focus on how colleagues could improve communications and customer information across the team.

Included in their actions was a focus on how colleagues could best use their daily huddles to share customer data and feedback.

Key message

It’s really important to involve the team and keep them up to date on how we’re doing as an office and the board exercise has really motivated the team and allowed us to share our focus,’ said Justin.

‘We are achieving high standards week in, week out and we need to keep this up going forward. The board is a great way of sharing our progress as it lets everyone see how the Employee Survey results have improved from last year.

‘Going forward each month we can, along with the workplace coach and CWU rep, plan ahead involving staff and their ideas to make the office even more productive and an even better place to work.’The team opted to have a photo of them and the board uploaded to the Archway platform. This is an easy way to record your actions and show your board as it grows throughout the year.
