Mediation
Royal Mail’s mediation team were introduced as part of the Agenda for Growth agreement in order to help colleagues resolve issues in the workplace and avoid unnecessary conflict and dispute. They bring expertise and fresh thinking in order to find an agreed way forward.
There are lots of benefits to using this process. We spoke to colleagues from Prestonpans delivery office, where using mediation has improved the workplace environment.
