We need to keep our customers happy. That’s how we’ll retain and win business, and help us stay ahead of the competition.
At the heart of our agreement with CWU is delivering a great service.
We’ve been asking some of our longstanding customers what they value about Royal Mail and what we could do better.
First we spoke to letters customer, Anthony Krajniewski, from Mailing and Marketing Solutions. He said: ‘Post is a fundamental part of our business. Royal Mail has helped our business grow by over 200% turnover.’
We need to continue to develop products and services that our customers want.
‘The invoicing side, although fantastic, doesn’t allow us to isolate individual jobs,’ said Anthony.
We want to work with our customers for many years to come.
‘The continuation of the business will establish a longer life with Royal Mail,’ said Anthony. ‘That relationship has allowed us again to keep that price down and make sure that we can continue to service customers.’
