Vote 100

We’ve had an amazing response to our Vote 100 campaign so far so please keep your nominations coming in. Over the next few months we will continue to use them to profile 100 female colleagues who embody our values and demonstrate how Royal Mail Group can be a fantastic place for women to excel.
This week we profile Parcelforce customer development executive Vicki Moody from Peterborough mail centre.
Parcelforce advisor Chanel Semple from Peterborough mail centre, said: ‘Vicki has such an outstanding work ethic and is so driven. Her helpfulness and compassion to her customers and peers is noticed by all of us every day. She is one of the most hardworking women I have ever met.
‘Not only does she seem to outshine most people, she is also a carer for a woman in her twenties who suffered a brain injury when she was involved in a car accident as a child. As well as devoting one evening a week to her charge, Vicki also takes her to activity centres for disabled people on weekends where they take part in things like wall climbing and sail boating.
‘On top of helping out with overtime at the Peterborough sorting office for Royal Mail to ensure we’re all on top of our workload, Vicki recently ran an extra training class to help us understand her role and ensure we all had the information we need to support our customers efficiently over the phone.’
’I work with some incredibly talented and customer focused people in this office and I feel very honoured to be considered for this campaign,’ said Vicki. ‘Thank you so much!’
